Artificial intelligence guidance

Get oriented, then Python, then practice

Elements of AI does not ask you to code on day one: it helps you know what people are talking about. The listing also highlights a short Google introduction; it orients, it does not train models. Google’s crash course and fast.ai assume Python. If you do not program yet, the Python path comes first.

Limits of this cluster

  • Getting oriented in AI is not the same as training models.
  • We do not list a course of “AI forever without programming”.
  • A badge or certificate is issued by the source; it is not a university degree from us.

Artificial intelligence questions

Can I start AI if I do not program yet?
You can get oriented with Elements of AI. You cannot follow Google’s crash course or fast.ai with judgment without Python. That line is on the course pages and in the guide.
Elements of AI or fast.ai?
Elements of AI if you want to understand the topic. fast.ai if you already program and want to train models. They are not the same course or the same level.
Why does the listing highlight Google’s introduction?
It is a short module on supervised machine learning. It does not replace Elements of AI or the path. If you want an order, follow the artificial intelligence path.
